Ludgate House and Stables is a high-quality development in Hertfordshire which transformed a tired and old livery yard into a stunning family residence with adjoining state-of-the art equestrian facilities. The old disused “Dutch barn” at the centre of the project was converted into contemporary home with exciting features such as floor-to-roof ceilings, fully-glazed elevations and floating mezzanine floors. The new building was constructed using the most recent technologically-advanced systems but appears aged by the inclusion of vertical wooden charred timber cladding and curved standing seam metal roof coverings. The accompanying luxury stable block features electronic and remote security systems, state-of-the-art livery facilities, barns, and indoor and outdoor riding arenas.
